Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Preorders will ship as soon as they are available.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only (for now—stay tuned!).

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Thorns & Roses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help you locate them! Contact us at [your email] if you experience an issue.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work on a solution.

 
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every book you order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in protective packaging.

  • Sale items, preorders, gift cards, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

How to Start a Return

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?

  • If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or offer store credit.

 

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your item for store credit and use it toward a new purchase.
